Times Coast (时代海岸) Shanghai Home Owner Party

Sanya Times Coast ( 三亚时代海岸)’s developer Hongzhou Group will host a Shanghai area Times Coast property owner get-together party at Le-Mei-Song restaurant in Xin Tian Di starting on 6:40pm Monday, Dec 05 2005. I think it is very thoughtful of the developer, and this is a very good opportunity to start establishing a home owners association (HOA). HOA is especially important to the remote homeowners like us in order to protect and manage our investment in properties far away, and also this kind of HOA could potentially expand into resort rental management business.

Trick or Treat? Typhoon Damrey’s impact on my Sanya Condo

The Letter from Times Coast Developer

Couple of days after the Typhoon Damrey blew through Sanya and the majority area of Hainan Island end of last month, I called my source in Sanya asking about the damage situation and was told that other than a couple of advertisement billboards knocked off here and there and some other insignificant wind damages and down power cables, there was no flood nor fire and Sanya pretty much remained in a good shape. So I was relieved –until yesterday when I received a letter from my developer as shown in the picture.
