Your mailbox is over its size limit

I think I am giving up cleaning up my outlook inbox at work –there are probably thousands of emails and 135 of them are still unread –most of them I believe are not really related to me: why would I care about a file server down in England or Chicago? I don’t think I am going to ever read them, but I dare not to simply delete them all –you never know when you will probably need one of them as proof or reference. In the meantime, categorizing email messages to my personal folder file (.pst) is a growing pain –it’s almost like I am designing myself a database with some confusing relationships among different categories. I can’t leave all these messages on the company server because they keep sending me the “over limit” warnings, and also it slows down my outlook, so I think my strategy is going to be to categorize as much as I can, and in the meantime, create a huge “dumpster” folder in the .pst to dump in the rest. This way those junks will be on my D drive and from time to time I just need to burn a CD or DVD and then throw them in a fireproof drawer. Yeehaa!

Hainan Map

海口还是三亚呢？海南当地人喜欢海口，因为海口是海南的省会，城市建设和生活设施要完善的多，有都市风格，而物价和房价也比三亚要便宜许多。岛外人尤其是江浙沪一带的人对三亚则情有读钟，喜欢当地的宜人的气候和旖旎的自然风光。从2002年中开始大量上海人和江浙人涌入，短短一年半多一点时间，三亚的一线海景房已从两三千一个平方米抄到了均价六七千。好一点的楼层都要八千朝上，这一点和我们在资料上读到的有不小出入。

After researching the Internet for a while, I agreed with Sue that we should focus on Sanya for our vacation home because of its idea location on the Island –at the south most tip, right off the shore of South China Sea backed by green mountains; the comfortable weather – average temperature of 25.4℃ for the year with highest average temperature of 28℃ in July, and average yearly precipitation of 1279mm; its pretty mature vacation real estate development –many ocean-front high rising apartment and condo buildings, villas, hotels, resorts, and parks, and most importantly, Sanya is stunningly beautiful!

Sanya White Sand Beach

While I am still recovering from my jet lag back from Detroit, Sue is already encouraging me to think about investing in a vacation home in Hainan. There are three cities on the list: Haikou, Sanya, and Boao, and Sue is favoring Sanya, quoting from an article that “70% of the non-local homeowners in Sanya are from Shanghai and its neighboring Jiangsu and Zhejiang…”

Sue去了一个海南房产展览，很是被当地楼盘的质量和优势价格所吸引。领回来了一堆资料。看了一下，房型有１００平方米左右的两房、１５０平方米左右的三房和２００平方米左右的复式房；每平方米单价则在。。。
